DAILY RENTAL RATES
Event Center, Back Patio, & Bar w/bartender - $550
Commercial Kitchen - $200 (includes cooking & prepping)
Cleaning Fee - $100 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit - $400
(To be released back at end of event if no damage to property)
ADD ON’S
Projector/110’ screen - $20
Black Pipe & Drape - $100
Drink Tickets $5 ticket (beer, wine, well)
Cold Storage (use of fridge for food) - $75
Non-profits and schools contact for special rates.
No outside alcohol. All Alcohol must be purchased in house due to liquor license laws. No exceptions. If your party is found to have brought alcohol on the premises you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit all deposits and fees.
